0 = attraction to other genders only · 6 = own gender only · X = little sexual attraction
Sexual attraction appears only rarely across your answers. Kinsey reserved a separate position for exactly this — X. Today we call it the asexual spectrum. Little or no sexual attraction is not coldness, not a disorder, and not “you just haven’t met the right person”: it is a real branch of the orientation spectrum. Asexual people can absolutely long for intimacy, romance and companionship — that is a separate axis of its own.
What this test cannot tell you
It cannot tell you what you “are” — no test can. It does not measure all of you: attraction is only one part of experience, alongside behavior, imagination, emotional bonds, identity and more. It cannot predict the future: today’s position makes no promise about tomorrow.
And it can never decide for you whether to tell anyone. Your position belongs to you — whether, when and to whom you share it is entirely your call, and safety always comes first.
